OneSky trains communities and caregivers in high-quality childcare programmes. For caregivers, the training is focused on family skills, community engagement and facilitating the building of a support network. In the communities, OneSky trains local women who are working in sub-standard childcare centers on delivering a child-centric programme and making their environment more conducive for learning. The outcome are female change agents who are empowered with new skills that can further their earnings and children learning from a nurturing and appropriate environment.
