Oxlajuj B’atz’ works with Maya women artisans to develop sustainable livelihoods through product development, cooperative and team building and small business training. With a strong belief in building local capacity for sustainability, Oxlajuj B’atz’ champions Fair Trade and has helped the artisans develop their own cooperative.
