No women should have to die giving birth. One Heart World-Wide (OHW)’s Network of Safety model reduces maternal and neonatal mortality in low-resource, remote settings. The systematic referral system provides mothers with appropriate levels of care by integrating local resources, collaborating with key local religious and political leaders, and respecting cultural norms and practices.
